Prohibited Items: You may not sell items that violate applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or are deemed unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate by SpareToy.com. 4. Seller Responsibilities:
- Accurate Listings: Sellers must provide accurate, truthful, and complete descriptions of their items, including condition, materials, and any defects. All listings must comply with SpareToy.com’s Listing Guidelines.
- Pricing and Fees: Sellers are responsible for setting prices and paying applicable fees, including listing fees, transaction fees, and payment processing fees, as outlined in our Fee Structure. SpareToy.com offers some of the lowest fees in the market to support your business growth.
- Order Fulfillment: Sellers must package and ship items promptly, using reliable carriers, and provide tracking information where applicable. Items must be delivered as described in the listing.
- Customer Service: Sellers are responsible for handling customer inquiries, returns, and disputes in accordance with our Seller Policies.
5. Buyer Responsibilities:
- Purchasing: Buyers agree to pay for items purchased in full, including any applicable taxes or shipping costs, using approved payment methods.
- Communication: Buyers must communicate respectfully with sellers and adhere to SpareToy.com’s policies when requesting refunds, returns, or support.
- Feedback: Buyers may leave feedback or reviews for sellers, which must be fair, honest, and compliant with our Community Guidelines.
6. Payment Terms:
- Payment Processing: SpareToy.com uses secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Sellers must provide valid payment information to receive payouts.
- Payout Schedule: Payments for completed sales, minus applicable fees, are disbursed to sellers according to the payout schedule outlined in our Payment Policy.
- Refunds and Disputes: Buyers and sellers must resolve disputes directly whenever possible. SpareToy.com may intervene in disputes as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.
7. Intellectual Property:

- SpareToy.com Branding: The SpareToy.com logo, banner, and other proprietary materials may not be used without prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
